I received an email asking me to complete a waiver, but I’ve taken part in a study with you before. Do I still need to sign it?

Typically, yes. Different studies may have their own unique waivers that need to be signed for you to participate. Also, some waivers expire, so they need to be re-signed to be valid. Occasionally, though, you may be sent a duplicate waiver as a mistake. When this happens, you’ll receive an email letting you know the mistake waiver was voided, so you can ignore it.
